hey,
as a "good will" gesture, CIBC just "credited" me the "$100" the bank machine never gave me in the first place.
why was it so hard to suck up the indignation that they weren't admitting I was right, and thank them for their "good will"?

did you call my office yesterday? Because someone just like you did. Instead of freaking out that she didn't know her student number, she said, "I knew you would ask me for that!" and laughed, and put me on hold (which I actually love because it means I can check my e-mail) while she ran across the library to get it.
She laughed! And trusted me!
